Sandra has worked at the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department since 1978.  In 1982, when the agency became a Regional Health Department, she worked in the Home Health billing office at the Wood County location.  Sandra became Director of Finance in 1986.

Her outside interests are quite varied and include many outdoor activities.  She truly enjoys the outdoors and appreciate the various seasons that can be experienced in this area. 

Sandra has a great interest in attempting to live a healthy lifestyle and to understand what is needed to do this.
