Fees for Permit

Pro-Rating of Fixed Expiration Date Permit Fees

The Fee charged for an annual permit with a fixed expiration date shall be pro-rated according to the formula shown in Table 64-30H of the Fees for Permits Rule.

Month when permit issued                           % of Annual Fee to be Paid
           April thru June                                            25 % of Annual Fee

     January thru March                                          50 % of Annual Fee
    October thru December                                    75 % of Annual Fee
           July thru September                                 100 % of Annual Fee

Late Fees
A Late Fee of 25% of the Permit Fee will be applied to all Expired Permits not received within Ten (10) days of the Permit Expiration Date.
