  • Information Services Available
  • The program is free or low cost for tobacco users who want to stop
  • Each person will get educational materials about tobacco and how to quit
  • Each person will have a phone coach call them 4 times to assist in the quitting process
  • If you are 18 or over, you may get nicotine patches for 8 week
  • Pregnant women and those under 18 may use the program with physician approval

Kaiser-Permanente Quit Tobacco Workshops

This is a three hour prepare to quit class that can be offered by businesses to their employees.  The program is free of charge and is approximately three hours long.  For more info or to set up a class, call Carrie Brainard at 488-3305 or email at Carrie.L.Brainard@wv.gov
