Jane began her career with MOVHD in 1985 as a part-time contract Nurse. In 1988, she became a full-time Nurse with Clinical Services. In the fall of 1997, Jane became Director of Clinical Services
Ms. Moore is a member of the Wood County Commission on Crime and Delinquency and the Correction Committee. She is also on the Caritas Board, which supports West Virginian’s living with HIV, in addition to other Community Organizations and Committees.
When not working, Jane enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, walking, and crocheting.

The Clinic uses a Fee Schedule with a corresponding discount schedule based on income for persons between 150% and 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. These services are not denied to patients based on their inability to pay. Some services are not subject to the discount policy and require full payment at the time of service.
Clinical Services also participates in a number of state health related programs which cover the cost of services many patients receive.
