Step Up MOV & MOV Ruck Club

Mid Ohio Valley Health Department's Community Health initiative, Step Up MOV will hold its MOV Ruck Club every Thursday at 5 p.m. in downtown Parkersburg, meeting in front of the Parkersburg office. Rucking is walking with weighted backpacks. Backpacks with weights are available upon request. For more information about the Community Health Initiative, call 304-485-7374 ext. 175.
